In a breathtaking celebration of musical excellence, the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) Choir delivered a soulful rendition of Canticle 51, “Bless the Lord, O My Soul,” inspired by Psalm 103, during their 60th Anniversary Celebration on 14th July.
Psalm 103 is a beautiful expression of praise and gratitude written by King David, emphasizing the mercy, compassion, and eternal love of God. The Psalm reflects on God’s generous nature and the many reasons to bless His holy name.
The performance, held in the majestic Great Hall at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), left the audience in awe and highlighted the choir’s enduring legacy.
The 60th-anniversary celebration not only showcased the choir’s current talent but also paid homage to the generations of singers, conductors, and musicians who have been a part of its rich history. Over the years, The University Choir, KNUST, has become a beloved institution, known for its vocal excellence and ability to inspire through song.
