Ghana’s award-winning Harmonious Chorale and the Tema Youth Choir will host the world-renowned Philadelphia Boys Choir & Chorale in a grand concert on Saturday, July 12 and Sunday, July 13, 2025.
On Saturday, the event will be held at the First Baptist Church in Tema Community 5 at 6pm.
Sunday’s event will be held at the Accra International Conference Centre at 5:00 PM—and admission is absolutely free for both events.
The Philadelphia Boys Choir & Chorale, an Emmy-winning and Grammy-nominated ensemble celebrated for their impeccable vocal technique and international performances, will share the stage with Harmonious Chorale and the Tema Youth Choir. This collaboration is expected to be both a musical spectacle and a cultural exchange of global proportions.
Organizers say the concert will feature a repertoire that spans classical masterpieces, spirituals, African anthems, and contemporary choral works—bringing together the unique sounds and traditions of both American and Ghanaian choral traditions.
